Summary: Job Description Position summary: Our Claims Legal department is seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to join our growing team in our Glastonbury, CT office. Independently investigates and manages cases of moderate exposure and complexity in civil litigation from the inception of the lawsuit until conclusion through dismissal, settlement or trial. Works with adjuster and clients to resolve claims as expeditiously and efficiently as possible. This is a Full-time, Exempt role.
